INTREK Returns Policy

Thank you for shopping at INTREK! Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No problem, we’ll sort it out. We offer a simple and hassle-free returns policy to ensure your experience with us is always positive.

Items purchased from www.intrekofficial.com have a free 30-day returns policy from the delivery date. All returned items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and with all tags still attached. Any items that do not meet these criteria will not be refunded.

Please note, we are currently unable to offer exchanges.

Returns Process

1. Create a Return Online

To initiate an online return, please refer to our Returns Portal. Enter your order number and the email address you used to place your order. Select the item(s) you wish to return, provide the reason for returning, and follow the instructions provided.

2. Pack Your Return

Pack the items you would like to return. We encourage you to reuse the polybag you received the items in. Ensure that your return is securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

3. Ship the Return

Attach the return label provided to your package, ensuring that it covers any pre-existing labels. Drop off the parcel at a designated drop-off location. You are responsible for ensuring the parcel reaches us safely.

4. Return Confirmation & Refund

Once we have received your parcel and it is in transit, you will be notified of the progress of your return. After the returned item(s) are inspected by our quality assurance team, your refund will be processed. Please note that the entire process, from the time you send the items to us to when the refund is visible in your account, can take up to 14 days.

Additional Information

  • Items returned after 30 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • INTREK reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements.
